ex post facto - After the fact. The Constitution prohibits the enactment of ex post facto laws--laws that make punishable as a crime an act done before the passing of the law.

That?s nice but irrelevant.
1. The proposed laws are only for content and images added after the law is passed. 2. What are you going to use to prove the material was up before the law passed? Timestamps on files? That is nice as long as you never plan on changing hosting companies or moving to another hard drive. The fact is you better plan on making your previous content complaint or you may be opening a huge can of worms. |
