Ultsearch.com's domains

Has anyone here bought a domain from them or know anything about these guys? If you have, how was the pricing and did everything go well.

First rule of negotiation ..."Know who you are negotiating with."

This should help:

They're just a small-time company that makes probably... Oh... $200/day. If that.

I tried several times to enter negotiations with ultsearch, but never did get a response? One can only assume that they are not interested (at this time) in dealing their domain names. ;)

I tried to buy a few "brandable" domains from them this year, with no ovt, almost no google results, etc. Took over two months for a response after repeated attempts and all the prices were $25K-35K+. So I bought the generic versions & variations in private deals for far less... under $5k for most. But the good news is that they I did get a reply from them.

Dealt with him lots of times. For a response, send your close to best offer first go round, otherwise forget it.

He's indeed frustrating to deal with--key is to deal professionally and remember that he never needs the money.

Is UltSearch still in the cybersquatting action? It seems like his performance has dropped off considerably.

Ultsearch is maintaining, but he's no longer king of dropped domains, and he's been passed at least in domain quantity by an upstart this year.

I heard of people who got a few domains back. Remember this guy/comp. doesn't need anymore cash, so be professional. They respond to emails, althought slowly.
