![]() I've been plauged by pop up ads that infected IE over the last few days. My regular programs of SpyBot & Ad Aware couldn't fix the problem. All the articles I read on this couldn't fix it either.
I tried SEVERAL programs that CLAIM to be great, but they didn't fix it either. However, I got Spycatcher by Tenebril and it got spyware that all the others had missed AND FIXED the popup problem! So if any of you are having popup problems with IE, get "SPYCATCHER!" You get a free 15 day trial too!

I have removed all adware and spyware from my PCs, but I still get that fucking ShopNav 404 page.
Anyone know how to remove it?

Restore your HOST file to get rid of the 404 redirect. If the redirected 404 page comes back you still have spyware.

Here is a freeware to easily help you manipulate your HOST file
http://www.haztek-software.com/index.php?page=hostman The HOST file is one of those files that is in use when Windows is running and cannot be modified except through DOS or a software such as this one.
