VBulletin question

should be a simple question:

Not in this message board but in VBulletin does anyone know how to make a topic sticky? Is it just like in phpBB you have admin rights and you check the box on a topic that says sticky?

an admin that is looking at a thead gets "thread tools" in vb3 or "admin options" in vb2...

that's where the "stick/unstick" options are.
