1. Get Domain
2. Get Hosting (see siggy)
3. Try cobranding with a larger already developed casino

get about five million or so in funds you dont need
after that it would be not that hard

casinos need to have a very large bankroll

i could be way over or way over on the amount needed

There are basically 4 major online casino application providers and the licensing models vary. Typically there is a recurrling license fee plus royalties.

http://www.worldgamingplc.co.uk/
http://www.microgaming.com
http://www.cryptologic.com/

You can also go the sublicensing route.

takes money (and i mean money) to make money in the casino biz, unless your some marketing legend you arent going to make much from cobranding.

best thing to do is get a turnkey casino solution that would include an affiliate program so you can get webmasters promoting you. Some give you around 90% and take care of all the billing and software as well as affiliate management and payments but its not cheap but its the best way to go unless you want to spend alot on ppc and advertising. If you get a turnkey solution you can just let the webmasters worry about getting and retaining traffic.

First you need a good amount of money to handle possible losses, money to pay the microgaming software company and pricewaterhouse coopers for their tests and a designer and an offshore server and a local gambling license.

Without a few millions to invest you shouldn't even think about running a casino on your own.

I owned half of Start Casino until I sold it in 2000 and moved to the Caribbean to learn how to run a sportbook

I have helped consult my friends at PartyPoker and have worked with them when they first started online casinos back in 1996....

Now when you ask " Start an Online Casino ", that can mean several things....either actual be a gaming license holder ( forget it unless you have at least $1million ) or as an affiliate, will take a few hours....

How much money do you even have?? It takes around 2 million dollars to start a reputable casino, then you just buy the software and host it. Pretty simple, but with over 400 online casinos, I have no idea how you are going to put yourself apart.

yea online gaming seems oversaturated as fuck. the barriers of entry are way to high for newer start up casinos imo

The programming portion can be lowered through SELECTIVE outsourcing. However, you need a serious Merchant Account and offshore hosting. plus the capital requirements are insane.
