I need to find a Korean sponsor to soak up my 2K a day of Korean visitors.

Here's what I'm looking for:-

A) A non-dialer program (but not a "notadialer" type program either) i.e. either a per-signup or partnership program since I already have a dialer program
B) MUST allow participation from webmasters based in Japan
C) MUST allow a redirect/refresh to drive traffic. I *KNOW* 100% of the traffic is Korean since I've sorted it off using a script that reads the browser language. I don't want to then have to persuade them to click a banner (since I want a per-conversion sponsor I guess this is OK)
D) MUST allow a dialer sponsor to co-exist.
E) MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: The paysite to which I am sending the traffic must be written in Korean or have a Korean version I can send visitors to (since I've gone to the trouble of working out that they are Korean!)

The plan: pop a blur window for the sponsor, then hit the visitor with an auto-load dialer.

Of course, I'm much more "friendly" towards English-language traffic and wouldn't dream of force-feeding a dialer to such visitors, but I want to start making something out of my Korean visitors off of whom I have failed to make a dime so far... so the gloves are off!
