Got my peanutbutter and honey on whole grain and nut bread and diet coke and meds. Things look great.

Whoohoo! Jacket weather!! Time to break out the GFY long-sleeves!!

You make sure you get some VitaminC in there with all the meds....Seasonal allergies suck, but try not to get hooked on the allergy meds. You just end up developing a dependence on most of them.
