This is how it all got strarted -- people asking me questions like this. I use to post long, well thought out responses to these questions, only to have people post offensive pics and mock me like fucking 10 year olds.

That's why it's called beliefs and IMHO there's nothing wrong with it as long as you don't try to 'convince' others of your beliefs. That's why I like Japan and other Asian countries so much. Religion is a part of their lives but they don't try to proselytize anybody and they usually don't even feel the need to talk about it
