Good NON ADULT sponsors other than mojo search

Hi! Do any of you use any non-adult sponsors? I need some for my vegas-babes.org site, since it is going to be a non-nude, non-adult site.

Referral codes are welcome, I'll sign up under them.

I already have mojo search, so no need to post that one.

Try Commission Junction at http://www.cj.com

I have a few of their partners on my non-adult sites. Wide range of products but they only offer a very low commission on each item you sell.

cj.com is pretty good but as Jamdin already said, they pay a low commission. Other non adult sponsors: Amazon, Goto search box (0.02/search at the moment) and Linkshare.com
Linkshare has also a great number of affiliates like CJ.

Thanks Kat, I went to adult finder, and couldn't figure out where to sign up, lol. I'll use your link.

Scott, I have 2 websites, one is adult, the other isn't. I'm trying to find sponsors that if a kid got in the site, I wouldn't get in trouble, unfortunately, I don't think the adult toy store would work on that site....lol.

Nice store by the way, I was checking it out. Laughing at the Ron Jermey Dildo, I can't believe he actually cast his cock to make it. lol.

Kat, which one do you use, the percentage or the $1 and $2 each program?

Thanks!

I guess it goes without saying, but if you use www.cj.com make sure you don't accidentally include a few adult links on the same page as any of their banners, even ones that you think might go well with that sort of thing. I just got canned today because of that. I had over $40 built up with them! :^(

My own dam fault though!

Web mistress - i am on per click, but i think i'll end up here -

if your traffic produces less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors, or 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups, your account may be converted into a "percentage partner" account at anytime after you've sent 500 uniques or 3 days.

I can't get traffic to do fuck all - even free stuff!!
I blame the fuckin CJ sites.
I hate CJ.

I think kat had a good idea with that there http://www.clickthrutraffic.com
I think so much of them, I won't even use a referal link!

I even think they do some advertising on GFY.

12clicks, thanks! That looks pretty cool, I signed up. Since my site is Vegas themed, and the highest click-through is for casinos, I was doubly glad.

I really appreciate all the feedback everyone gave.

I have found matchdoctor to be very good. They are a personals website and convert at ~ 1:7 for me (they are free for the user). They pay $0.50 per sign up. See my stats here:
http://www.typeo.com/matchdoctor.jpg

If you sign up - the red banner works the best for me - about 1.9% CTR. I also use a text link - that gets me like 4%. These figures are for this page:
http://www.searchnerd.com/odpbox/

Here is my link:

Oh and if you want a good gambling CJ link try out:

896765 from Club Regal Casino - I do ok with it, but people SWEAR by it over on GeekVillage.com. They pay either 4 or 5 cents per click and have a trick banner with high CTR.

I have used SI for over a year and they have always paid on time. My last check was over $400. One of the sites in question in that forum:
http://spread-your-legs.com/

clearly violates SI rules. It is the responsibility of the webmaster to be familiar with the rules.

Having site listed such as "wet teen panties" and trying to state it is a not an adult website, because they are wearing clothes is frankly BS.

That link pops up teen mail which is obviously a porn link. SI's advertisers don't want to advertise on places like that. There is no borderline here - Doodle or whomever broke the rules. As anyone who has been in SI's forums knows - he won't get paid.

Some people think that SI will throw anyone out just not to have to pay them. This is also BS. If you make an honest mistake, like not supressing an exit popup when a link to them is clicked (which I did by mistake on like 1 out of 80 links). They will let you know.

If you link to adult sites, or foreign language sites, forget it.

SI is by no means perfect, but they have paid me and tons more every month. If you are doing something that coud be considered borderline, write them first. They have approved two of my ideas that I did not think they would.

SI could use some work, but not in the area of paying people on time.

12Clicks,

How nice of you not to post you "referral link". Correct me if I am wrong, but don't you have a slight conflict of interest here. Well anyway, I don't work for SI and am happy with them, until they apparently stopped taking all AOL traffic. 99% of my traffic was from AOL - so I had to make my own "allclicks" page....

Chris R + 12Clicks = Robert from SI

Chris R should i just call you Robert, you should have toned down your ass kissing and I would have almost believed you.

Pleas Robert don't think every one is stupid I know webmasters that ended up fucked for $1,000 or more.

The idea is change your rules every week and fuckkk fools out of there money the next, without letting them know.

You can look up my posts on their board if you'd like - I am SearchNerd over there. 12Clicks does work for SI (I am 99% sure). I do not. As I said, they are far from perfect, but they DO PAY. I can't get an answer by email sometimes, but I always get my check.

As I stated in the above post - the link you posted had someone that clearly broke the rules. They have changed their terms (such as no longer allowing emulator sites, but they emailed me and everyone else about it).

As I said, they are apparently blocking AOL traffic now, so I will not be using them much in the near future. But I will stick up for sponsors that pay me, as I know what it is like to get ripped off. I just got treated unfairly by MicroSoft for Christ's Sake...

Oh, and my spelling is much better than Robert's and he is a real potty mouth in the adult boards.

oldfart, I don't know who you are but I can guess you're a thief. I'll be happy to take this issue up with you NOW during the normal work week. (unless you're at your real job now)

You're just another gutless anon thief looking to cause trouble. Do you know how many times I've seen your kind come and go over the last 3-4 years we've been paying webmasters? haha, loser.

Also, I couldn't let this comment go buy:
"Chris R + 12Clicks = Robert from SI"

haha, this guy is a regular inspector detector.

For the rest of you, gethighforums has long been a comfortable place for cheaters to hang. They band together to make their lies seem legit. (kinda like AWI haha)

Chris, the "no referal link" comment was a joke that everyone in the know here got.

And of course we still take AOL traffic.

I have written Mike and Robert a couple times with no answer (I think you were having email problems), my stats went down 98+% for AOL traffic. It is my understanding that you have added a whole bunch of proxies to your cheat list (at least that is what Robert said in the boards over there). 99% of aol IPs resolve to something like (these are from the last hour):

spider-wm074.proxy.aol.com (205.188.199.184)
spider-mtc-ta023.proxy.aol.com (64.12.105.28)
spider-wb031.proxy.aol.com (205.188.192.161)
spider-mtc-tb013.proxy.aol.com (64.12.104.23)
proxy.sjc.netsetter.com (216.34.56.12)

I just checked my IPs from the last hour or so. All are from AOL and everyone has the word proxy in it. My guess is you guys are blocking everything with the word "proxy" in it. If that is the case, you are effectively blocking 98% of AOL traffic. How else could you explain:

25th 758 $ 0.030 $ 22.74 $ 0.00 5 % $ 22.74
26th 671 $ 0.030 $ 20.13 $ 0.00 5 % $ 20.13
27th 579 $ 0.030 $ 17.37 $ 0.00 5 % $ 17.37
28th 10 $ 0.030 $ 0.30 $ 0.00 5 % $ 0.30

Those are my AllClicks stats for the end of march. I recently tried to send more traffic from AOL as well (hoping that there was just a glitch or something) and they too were not counted.

Anyway, like I said, I have been happy with SI, but I beg to differ on the AOL thing. If there is something I am missing, please let me know. I would be happy to turn over any IP logs if that would help.

hmmmm, I understand what you're saying but we'd be kinda stupid to not allow AOL traffic.

We have AOL's proxie list so we know which ones are thiers. Let me ask the tech guys and get you a possible answer.

Web Mistress........ I use the the clickthru thing that Kat and 12clicks have been telling you about here and I have yet to have any problems with them........

But then again I don't cheat so I don't see ever NOT getting a check from them. LOL

PEOPLE........ I get emails every single time rules change with just about any sponsor, including the ones mentioned here. I can only assume you do as well...... so one of two things I see are happening here.... either you are NOT reading your email........ OR you are and trying to say that there was no notice and they just change the rules on a whim..... either way this is fault of your own and not the people who run the programs....... if they email you and tell you and you don't see it for WHATEVER reason, then this falls in YOUR lap, doesn't it?

You should always, always check in periodically and make sure all rules still apply.... it can't be hard, in most places it is very near where you check your stats.

And if you get caught cheating and don't get paid...... hmmmm.... I guess you can always go and say what a cheater the sponsor is!! LMAO

Sorry.... like I said, I am pmsing here.... so look over any crazy shit I say today..... I am allowed to go off sometimes too right?

Chris, I've been talking to AOL. It seems there is a world of difference between a "client" ip and a "proxy" ip. Very interesting conversation.

looks like that internet guru Oldfart pays his bills with a job outside of this business. pretty typical. I guess we'll here from him tonight sometime.

Wow, I take some time off, and my e-mail is full of everyone is responding to this post. lol.

12clicks, I have a question about your program. I have two sites, one adult, one not.
http://www.vegas-babes.net <-adult
http://www.vegas-babes.org <-non-adult

The only links on the org that are adult are on the entry page, I say, "unlike our sister site...vegas-babes.net, we do NOT allow x-rated pics, keep it clean" I also have an ap link on the bottom of index page.

On the inside of the site, there are no links to any adult sites, or my other site.

Can I use your program on this site on the inside, or would it be disqualified because of the two links on the index page?

Figured I'd ask before I sign up.

Thanks!

Yes, my understanding is the following:

AOL USER =>CLIENT IP=> AOL => PROXY IP=> Website

My connection to AOL is on one IP - when I go to the internet - it uses another.

If you do winipcfg - I get a 172.xxx.xxx.xxx IP. This is no different than a 192 IP address in that it is internal to AOL.

If I go out on the web - to www.whatismyip.com it shows:

64.12.96.143

If I go to grc or some other sites - it actually shows my cable modem IP - I don't understand that. And if I do a traceroute from http://megawx.aws.com/support/faq/software/ip.asp

it shows my ip as:
cache-rc01.proxy.aol.com (152.163.188.65)

I am a little different in that I use a cable modem to access the net, but I know that almost all my aol hits say proxy in them somewhere.

---They have changed their terms (such as no longer allowing emulator sites, but they emailed me and everyone else about it).---

they never emailed me or other webmasters about any thing, but they did take all our traffic we sent them. I emails them more thin 8 emails and they never replied till every one else had there checks ,so we asked what about ours, they sad the accounts are closed nothing else. and so at the end of a month we were all fucked in the ass by a so called respectable sponsor.

very unprofessional in my book so ill never recommend them to any one.

Stoney, I'd love to trade traffic, I don't have any right now to trade though, lol.

AAAAAAGGGHHHH just SLAP me if I decide to re-install Windows 98 to fix a problem, I've been offline almost 12 hrs fixing the damn thing. Finally realized I installed the W98 for my boyfriends computer and not my e-machine W98. DUH. It feels good to be back online.

e-mail me at [email protected] for the non-nude trade.

they never emailed me or other webmasters about any thing, but they did take all our traffic we sent them.

I searched thru our tech stuff and found that, as I suspected, we've never blocked AOL.

cheater you called me, especially after you fail to notify webmaster that you changed the rules and then call all webmasters that ware never notified cheaters?

That's so fucken professional of you guys. I don't care if other webmasters don't feel the way I do most here wont this is a porn forum. but if they ever decide to go mainstream they should look for other sponsors besides ass holes, just visit other mainstream forums don't fall for there trap.

I joined up with clickthrutraffic the moment that 12clicks posted it on the PC boards. I read their rules, and I placed a shitload of links on all my sites including non adult and adult alick, abiding fully by the rules (no adult category on non-adult etc). This program is one I've been waiting for a long time, ever since firstname.com dropped off the map. It's the most versatile sponsor I have at present, and I'm damn happy to use them.

Since I'm 100% certain that I'm following their rules, I have no worries about not getting paid. Simple as that. If I ever have a situation with a webpage that causes me to wonder if my methods there are acceptable or not, I'll come here and ASK 12clicks, or email himself and ASK. If he says change it, it will be changed.

What's the problem here? Jeez LOOEESE, the formula ain't hard folks:

abide rules + send clicks = get paid.

Any questions?

most of the mainstream punks don't understand the idea of "follow the rules"

they're easily 2 years behind adult.

CD, thanks for the kind words. Wait and see what we have coming next week

Oh, and somebody tell this oldfart idiot that I'm way too mean to be robert.

well, the first thing is something everyone has been asking for (other than 100.00 CPM) should launch next week.

then the next few will be very nice for certain people and the fourth will be big dollar figures per action. I think there's a fifth thing in the pipeline but I can't think of it right now.(you know how busy we are cheating people, its hard getting new stuff out) haha

Also check out http://revenuepoint.com/

Here's a tip: go to freehosts & check out what banners they are running. Most often then they are running affiliate banners. It's a good place to start with.

When I ran a free host for non adult sites SI ripped me off for 2000$ because I had 1 warez site on my free host that I didn't notice and delete. Before I joined we had an agreement that if they don't like a certain site on my free host they would send me an e-mail and I'd delete it but they just decided that they would rather not pay me. When I e-mailed them they didn't reply my e-mails....Also there was a bitch named Kat working for them(cutomer support) she decided that it was not her job to reply to my questions...

SI is ripping people off??? Say it aint so Mom...

lets get real, I've known these guys for years and yeah, 12 clicks IS way too mean to be Robert and I'd dare anyone to show me a nonadult program that pays decently and is still in business after let's say a two year minimum (don't forget condition number one lol) and then we'll compare them to SI...
