So your telling me that someone sends you a webmaster, then that person is allowed all sales info..
Never heard of that before. Yes if we had a system set up that she could go in a look at her people, yes. But this was a deal on the side. We dont have data like that.. Melissa, Im in contact with your clients now. I will inform them and they will be in contact with you.. |

This is so exhausting... it's on every damn board also, I can't escape it! I agree with everyone else when they say there are no winners in this deal, regardless of the outcome. I would be aprehensive about doing beusiness with EITHER party.
TSmutCash - You're letting this thing spiral down hill quickly. Give her a spreadsheet and a check, walk away from the deal.. this is a total clusterfuck. Melissa - I understand you think you were screwed, but you must have expected a clusterfuck like this if you're doing a complex deal involving commisions, etc without having a written agreement or at least a good working relationship with them. All she wants is total webmasters refered and number of sales they made. Seems to me there would be no privacy implications whatsoever.
I would never sign up with a program that is run by people that use such pathetic attempts at logic. Judge Judy could have seen through this one when she was 5. |

I'm still confused as to what the big deal is to pull a report that shows the total # of webmasters referred and their total # of sign ups.
I sent Tyler the list of the special deal accounts. But I know there are others because they couldn't do the volume the special deal required. I forwarded you his reponse, I sent him a list of the special deal accounts, what I still don't understand is why he can't give me a listing of accounts that have sign up using my affiliate id as a referrer. What is so hard about that? They collect the information.

I have figured you out now.. The only way I know who signup up with you, is if you send me the account #'s My system can only do so much. I cant make it do more than it can. You think I have some little geneology tree showing all your account.. This would be nice, but not. I have to go into each account and see the refferal code. |

Guys, can you help me out with this one.
She doesnt understand how our sytem works. She thinks I have an admin area that shows all the people under her. LIke some kind of mlm. The only way I can get this info is you send me the account #'s you reffered, then when I pay out your people I know how much to pay.. All other webmasters I just run the report and cut the checks,, I have to manually go in and pull out this data. We have a refferl info on our signup page for us only. If clicked thru a banner on Netpond, then the surfer would put in Netpond as the refferl.... |

correct me if I'm wrong you say that you don't have any refferal system. you say that you only have a place in the signup form where they can say where they came from... Now, that would mean that all people that got the special deal EITHER have as payout 45$, or have Mellisa in the refferal area. so far, am I right? then if all the above is right, you are telling us in your affiliate script, you don't have any OPTION to do a search for accounts based on either the payout ammount, or on the refferal box?? then what kind of script is that? just open the database, and do a manual search on the payout, there has to be a way for you to get out info other than by manually opening every account! Cuz if there isn't any option, let me tell you you got screwed buying this script... and EVEN if you doN't have that option, she has started sending people when, in june? iut's 2 months ago... I doubt there's 1000 people that signed under you in that timeframe... and even if there was, it would be worth the trouble to just go in and retrieve those people with 45$ payouts... |

There was a clause set up on the payouts.
Im not sure,but I will let melissa commnet on this. Something like, 45 per sale if they can send 15-20 a day.. Melissa, is this correct ?? Just checking before I post the stats for you. |

50 - 100 a week for the $45 per deal, on the other deals it was $40 per.

You are correct, when Im wrong I will admit
I did a search on her account # 5 accounts showed up.. 2 account sent sales and none qualifed for our special rate, based on the 15-20 sales a day deal. So now, Since we never made any deal about her commision im confused. Do I pay the 10% on all sales or only the accounts that qualified for our speical rate ?? |

Hmmm anyone ever notice how a worm on the hook squirms when a fish is after it...? They can't SEE the fish due to not having eyes but they surely squirm this way and that...
Someone is shooting themselves in the foot here. So what, the stat script is one written for an 8088... extract the info and inserting it into excel or a dbase should be possible. |

I think some people are missing out on the point here.
I dont know exactly what the whole deal is to pay these people.. Is it $45 per 50, or 100, still now clear. Is her fee on the 45 or the 40 per sale ? This is what im comfused about.. If she has some sort of email or aggrement that stated all this then non of this would be going on. Melissa, If there was some sort of email you sent to Klient, Please, I mean Please send this too me. You have asked for stats over and aver agian, and I have asked over and over agian for some sort of aggrement.. My stats are all in one place, your aggrement is no place to be found.. |

Lensman, this is what Im doing.
10% all sales and closing the accounts. I am trying to make a point that its hard to put an amount on a check when you have no clue what the amount is.. I know know,, simple 10% X all the sales come in. Before this I had no clue what her fee was. This is why im pulling my teeth out over here, trying to explain this.. She is putting this back that I dont pay people,, Im saying its hard to pay when you dont know the amount.. |
