Anyone remember what I'm talking about? He had taken a photograph like evry day over a year period or something and tracked his progress online....

I can't remember the url and I don't have it in my faves.

For those of you in the know....there is no possible way he achieved some of these week to week changes with just supplements. I am not a hater....just a man with a clue....great for selling fitness shit he can start doing infomercials ...
