what to use to submit free sites?
I guess russian submitter and advanced submitter is doing well
with only TGP's, right? what should I use for free sites? to submit link lists?

Do it by hand unless you want to get banned by all the major and medium lists.

Of course it's a lot of work but then who said that making money didn't require a lot of work?
Roboform or Typeitin are fine - I use Typeitin whenever I have time to submit a free site

Worth mentioning that advancedsubmitter has a great hand submit function.
If you try auto it will usually fuck up far too often on link lists and as Steve said just get you banned. However just for placing recips and helping fill forms with hand submitting it's tough to beat.
