Try www.referback.com Haven't used them in a long time, but they were always top notch and paid well and I was able to put their template on my own domain. You sound like you want a cobranded casino though. I used to have one, but can't seem to remember the program that did it. Do some google searches, I know there are some out there that do it.

Yes Im looking for cobranded. I did google, excite and hotbot searches been searching for the good part of the day now with no luck,. already been to referback too. this is insane.
