I'm looking to buy a nice watch, any suggestions ?

Can anyone recommend to me, a nice watch ? I'm not looking for a big expensive Rolex or fancy watches like that, I'm looking for something that looks more casual, but different and something in the $200'ish range.

I'm currently eye-balling this watch here in either the orange face pictured or red face. It's retail price is $770, but I can find them online for $200.

ya, if you dont wanna splurge for the Rolex, then go with a Fossill. They're great watches & cheap.

If you're gonna spend $770, you might as well just hold out for the Rolex.

Ebay and through using Google's Froogle

The sellers on Ebay have like 1000+ feedback, one guy has over that with 100% positive, so I'm sure they're geniune.

Most places mention the $770 price and at a few places, I've actually seen the price tag attached like this pic here.

The Invicta Lupah's are the hottest Swiss watch right now. Its a very old Swiss company that was brought back into prominence by young CEO Eyal Lalo, who is one of the founders descendents.

Invicta produces exceptionally stylish and eye popping models at the best value price point you'll find anywhere for quality craftsmanship. A ton of celebs wear Invicta's.

I've bought 5 of them and Invicta advertises on our site so I get really good deals. I get more compliments on them than any of the higher end watches I've owned over the years.

They are carried in the fine watch departments of some of the larger dept stores, but you'll pay full retail. Better to deal with one of the major online Invicta distributors.

Other great watches Patek's, Vacheron's, Blancpain's, to name a few.

You can get the 18KT Gold Lupah also.

Automatic Watch, Model 2270 Movement: mechanical, Automatic winding, Valijoux 7750 caliber base modified to support the split second chronograph and off center hours and minutes functions * Ball bearing, stop second device, date corrector, 25 jewels, 28,000 vph, ETACHRON with regulator adjuster, and metallic blue finish.

Functions: hour, minute, seconds, date, chronograph, with three counters * Case: 44mm diameter, solid 18 KT * gold, patented Invicta case design * Crown and pushers with rubber o-rings, rounded mineral crystal, and screw down exhibition case back with mineral crystal, water resistant to 100 meters.
Strap: genuine farm raised large grain alligator with quick set pins for easy tool-free strap replacement.

The Invicta automatic watch is a mechanical watch that is self-winding. The movement of your wrist and body causes the rotor, (a weight attached to an automatic winding mechanism), to wind up the watch. An automatic watch needs no battery, but will stop if not worn for over a day, or if you have been physically inactive for an extended period of time. Should this happen, wind the crown ten times clockwise to start the watch and give it some reserve power. Set the time and date and place it on your wrist. It is also recommended that an automatic watch be housed in a watch winder box.

The Invicta chronograph is a timepiece that also operates as a stopwatch. It permits the measurement of a desired interval time, and features start/stop/reset functions. An Invicta chronograph can measure time within intervals of 1/60 of a second.

wv2270 Retail Price: $18,000.00 Goldspeed Price: $4,479.00

This is one of Invicta's brand new 18kt mechanical models. Not sure what the price is going to be but retail will probably be around $15K and you can buy it online I'm sure in the $5K range which is a steal.

Real nice watches are out of your price range. Save a bit and get yourself a Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Breitling or a Tag. They'll last a lifetime and they'll impress your friends and family alike! No, the last past is not true. No one will give a shit. But hey, at least you'll have a good watch.

Not exactly in the $200 price range, but something I would personally hold out for .. I like a completely different style of watch than some other people .. I personally think Rolexes and others are ugly, and don't see what is so appealing about them ..

Here's what I would get,

You have a good point there.

As far as the money goes, it's not that I don't have the money, I can definately aford any watch that I want, it's the fact that I can't see myself spending thousands of dollars on a watch. My current watch is a Timex Expedition (ha ha ha), I just figure that it's time to start buying something nicer

The watches that KRL pointed out are killer. Maybe I'll just buy the orange Invicta that I pointed out and if I like it, then jump up to one of the other Invictas that he pointed.

Prodiac, nice watch. I agree with you on the Rolex part, most of them are ugly and plain, I like different.
