Trouble obtaining an epasporte acount using a visa debit acount
I have emailed the epasporte people this question I just hope someone else had similar experience.
I have a visa debit card (that is well funded) I try to register for a epasporte card it goes through the whole process but stops at verifed by visa. The card I have is a visa. I prefer to have a debit card that way I can leave say 1000 in it and that is the most I can get ripped for. Thanks for your time. |

Never did work for me so I gave up in the end.
If you badly need an epassporte account you could alwyas make a few sales with a sponsor that opens them for you such as flashcash.
