No. Paypal says that all emails sent to you will be addressed to you by name...not "Dear Member" or something like that.

Also, they recommend when you get emails like that, you go directly to the Paypal site without clicking on a link. That way you KNOW you are signed into the real paypal.

I am a member of paypal and I didn't get that email so I assume it is just another Paypal scammer

yeah i did that and cant find the link to verify my paypal info? So its most likely a scam? giving only 24hours to verify?

Exactly. Paypal says if they need anything, it will prompt you for the information when you log into your account. If there is no prompt, then don't worry about it.
Paypal does not need to verify crap. I have used them for years and the most they have done is occasionally when I log in it will ask me to verify information. The information is already there...it doesn't ask me to input.
I get at least 20 Paypal scam emails a week

Any paypal e-mail asks you to login to your account, they do not provide a link for it. That is proof enough that it's a scam e-mail.

If paypal needs anything from you it will say so when you log in to your account. Never click any links you get in an email that looks like it's from paypal.
