So he surgically removed it with a little help from his old pal vodka to bone up his courage. Then he called a friend and said he'd "done something stupid." The friend called the police, who found the blood-soaked man in his apartment, and his penis under the kitchen table. The amputee asked doctors not to reattach his penis.
