I am looking for a good offshore hosting company (non-US and non-EU) for some smaller adult domains. Porn should be legal in the country of the host (i.e. Russia).

Not the point. Russia has much more liberal laws than the EU (European community) .... well .... I just come think of Switzerland .... it is non-EU either.

No, unfortunately not for this project. The server I need has to be located outside of the legislation of the EU.

OKay, tell me exactly what countires you are looking at.

Most of our customers that want EU hosting are okay with amsterdam.

But ill check for some other DC's and hopefully add more options to www.thexxxhost.com

There are no particular countries I am looking at, but they should be outside of the legislation of US and EU (and freindly countries like Canada and Mexico) with liberal laws allowing normal adult sites.

I come to think of Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Croatia or maybe also South America like Brasil or Costa Rica, but I have no preference about a particular country. I am not looking for places that do not allow adult sites, but will turn a blind eye on them like India, Thailand, Philippines, etc. and of course no muslim countries like Malaysia.

The host should have a good infrastructure to allow easy access from Asian, European and American surfers and have excellent uptimes as well as competitive pricing.

That's all I can say for now.

The purpose of this is not to get involved into illegal activities but to avoid problems with my greedy ex-wife .....
