Can I put on SP2, and then roll back?

I just want to test some shit on it and then go back, can I do this easily or does windows not let you rollback those service packs?

If you have a mirror of your disk, pull it off and go ahead with SP2....

taken from microsoft website:

During installation, Service Pack 2 will also set a restore point for you. A "restore point" lets you "roll back" Windows to a previous state if you encounter problems using or installing Service Pack 2.

haven't tried it yet though

the rollback didnt work for me when i tried it after installing sp2 , but fortunatley they have a hidden uninstall for it, so you dont need a restore point.

Some people are unable to get Windows back into safe mode though to do a restore.

Be very careful and make a full backup of all your data. Many people have had their systems completely messed up from this update.
