Well if you are uncircumsized, I have a method which should allow you to hit that mark very easily.

1) Do not jerk off for 2 days, to allow enough volume to build up

2) Jerk off until you are *close* then relax for 5 minutes or so. Repeat about 10 times.

3) When you are going for the shot, start pumping very fast on the base, only going up an inch or two...work your way like this to the head, then when you are about to blow try and concentrate to hold it in as long as possible. The longer you can hold it here, the further it will shoot!! When you are about to blow, make sure you pull the foreskin all the way back hard, so it doesn't get in the way and slow down your projectile.

Following this method, you should be hitting ceilings in no time

Watch out though, once I was with a girl and it hit her ceiling then vanished...we think it fell back down into her can of Pepsi

You can exercise a muscle that I think may have osme effect as well (not your prostate but something close).

That is just what I started doing... I call it "loading the gun" and it has been working like a charm. I'm a small load guy so this really helps me out.
