Check out the reverse DNS for that devilclicks site on whois.sc and the email address for the TGP on there.

I won't post it here for obvious reasons you'll see when you do a reverse lookup on the domain hosted there.

As with all click-thru programs, it's second page clicks that get counted. I have a number of landing pages that you send traffic to. You get paid $35/1000 clicks made on these pages.

Well you can send traffic almost anyway you like, so if you had the landing page as an exit, you wouldn't really be losing any traffic at all then.
