Need a picture program that does the following (please read)

I need a program to create thumbnails in specific sizes eg. 120x120 or 120x160, ...

So far I have my guys use photoshop. They have to select each image, correct the pixels and save it at a certain percentage
That costs a lot of time per picture.

I need a program that does what a lot of thumbtgp script do (its often called. "Select and crop an image from your gallery")

Is there a way for me to do that?
Is there a program for this or a place where I can enter the desired pixel and have it done online?

Thanks for any comments.

just use Arles webpage creator (or thumbnail creator), that should do the trick

some features: it passes .htaccess protections, so you can make thumbs for sponsor hosted galleries too.
you can modify it a bit and make a list so it loads the galleries from there , put thumbs in gallery dirs etc... easy stuff..

Arles = Great
Photoshop still does what you need, but you need to program a macro for it.

I need something like this:

Where I can
a) Select the desired pixels for the thumbs
and
b) Auto crop the thumb exactly where I want

no auto batch work like with arles

Thanks

ACDSee 6 will do that. If you buy the real optimizer program it will add even more compression choices also. But basic ACDSee 6 power pack will definatly do what you need.

I am downloading the 6.0.6 Powerpack version. Can you show me how to do it in there.
