A little girl's face peers up and down the street in the new morning light. Then she eases out, carrying a backpack. And she's on her way. But then she runs into two neighbors who ask her why she's out so early. Ever proud, she explains that she's going on a date with her boyfriend, who she expects to marry very soon.
