I don't think its a cheap shot, just stating they have help available I would think. Shit happens to all hosts.. but to WARN a customer they have a script on their servers, and then the customer fucking up 100's of sites is inexcusable.. they should have been terminated immediately.

Something sure as hell smells fishy to me..
