A small dog named "Zoey" had heads turning at La Jolla Beach in San Diego.

The pup has been surfing since she was four months old, her owner said, and she even gets made when he doesn't take her out on his board.

Zoey has become a little celebrity in the area, and with skills like these, it's not hard to understand why. No doubt she's the best dog-paddler on the beach.
