I had severe issues with it, my nic cards, usb ports, and cable modem. Optonline seems to have major issues with it if you have Opt voice as well.

I read a story the other day that said spyware was fucking-up
a lot of SP2 installs. I have also heard people complaining
about hardware compatibility issues.
