Just wondering if it's worth it to get that electron card or whatever it is? I already ordered it so I hope it is

What's the average time for delivery of the thing and can you use it for anything on the web? Is ebay an option or what about paysites?

Is it possible to send money to a ebay seller who only takes paypal is my main question though. Thanks.

I have a couple other cc's but don't like to use them on the web and actually try not to use them at all.

The card is only for withdrawing money from an atm at the moment.. (i.e. you cant use it on the web )

The online number is for using ONLINE just like a regular visa.. ( i.e. you can use it on the web (almost) anywhere they accept visa )

OK - what about sending money to paypal with the online number? It's good to be able to pull money out if I ever need to but I really just want to be able to shop on ebay again now that my paypal has been shut down and I swear everything I want has paypal listed as the only payment option.

it is my understanding you can not transfer money from epassporte to Paypal

dont try to add your epassporte virtual visa to your paypal to fund your paypal via epassporte
