that would make no sense at all
so the answer is no

At least post the url, I can't speculate on something without seeing it.

I think I heard that SEO was a scam biz...

I'd stay away from it...it's all fake, smoke & mirrors ;)

If WiredGuy said it, then it is the answer.

I really hate to post the url on a public forum as the key words are pretty much spelled out right there and open for anyone.

my ICQ is 203838 or crockett (a) pixelsplat.com if you're interrested in seeing it

Ask him about his old exit traffic program and why he never paid up!
So what or who are you, kid ? Never heard of an unpaid webmaster by me. Unlike you, I actually have a reputation, lowlife. Now go posting galleries and don't disturb a serious discussion with your non-sense and if you can't shut up, tell me on icq what your problem is, i'll give you a call then.

PR is important if you're targetting good keywords. Anchor text is also extremely important though. You can't just buy a PR7 domain, put up a page for the keyword you want and expect the PR to do the work. The links from the high PR pages should have good anchor text. On site optimisation should be good for google too. I find it's less important in yahoo though. Yahoo as far as I can tell seems to be all about anchor text.

Keywords within the url seem to be a big boost as well. But I'm not a Yahoo expert...

Yeah, not just the domain, the file name as well. Google gives me alot of hits for searches that show up in the page content, yahoo gives me alot of hits to pages where the keyword is in the page's file or directory name.

Worth saying for those confused - you can't actually see accurate PR at the moment in the standard toolbar. The Toolbar hasn't been accurate for a long while now so the PR you see really is fairly meaningless.
