Does a renamer like this exist ?

I'm looking for a file renamer that has these features:

mass renaming
autonumber
recursive renaming

Here's an example ( it's a little tricky!)
I have 10 folder with 2 files in it. Files don't have the same name but the same extension.

I'm looking for a software that can convert every file in every folder to:
file_01.jpg
file_02.jpg

I found several renaming softwares but none with the exact features i need. Does such a program exist ?

Thanks

Yes.

I am currently formatting the computer that I had it installed on so I'm not able to walk you through it very well....

There is an action that says something like save files as or something like that...It's the only one that shows up on the right side of the split screen by defauilt. If you open that up, there is a rename or file name tab. In there, you can do everything that you are looking for.

In Flash Renamer you can check mark a box to "reset between dirs." I think this is what you want.

I'm not sure how a rock band could help with recursive renaming.
