So time warner calls me...

After the warning email to fix or delete the virus on one of my machines. I've been trying and trying with norton, spybot, adware, spysweeper, web shredder and free online scanners like http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...us+scan+online

The rep tells me to shut off the computer with virus or fix it or we will terminate your account.

Apparently there is a program out there that scans the internet and find viruses and let's time warner know what client has it.

I'm gonna have to restart in safe mode and do some cleaning up. This sucks.

nah, I leave everything on to the point I have a slow computer. This virus straight up took over my computer. As soon as I started the machine, outlook started sending out like 10 emails every 5 seconds. I just formatted C: which took about 45 minutes and while it took a whole day to just scan and fix.

It's all gone now.
