After the warning email to fix or delete the virus on one of my machines. I've been trying and trying with norton, spybot, adware, spysweeper, web shredder and free online scanners like

The rep tells me to shut off the computer with virus or fix it or we will terminate your account.
Apparently there is a program out there that scans the internet and find viruses and let's time warner know what client has it.
I'm gonna have to restart in safe mode and do some cleaning up. This sucks.
