The Electoral College: How...
How do they have estimated votes already?
Are the Voting Polls open already?? I'm a bit confused on this whole system. If they are not open, how does Bush already have 213 votes in the Electoral System as stated: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...adid=353455&s= If nobody has voted yet, how do either of the candidates have any votes? I now understand how the Electoral system works after doing a little reading, but, can't seem to find how these "estimated" electoral votes are being tallied. Can someone enlighten this for me please? Thanks |

They estimate votes from each state, determine winner for each state based on that, and then add up electoral votes...
