Frances? You mean to tell me their host doesn't have redundant power supplies? Weather shouldn't affect the internet.

They do have redundant power supplies.
Transactions are running normally. The CMI/reporting is just down.
Don't worry.

Sad to hear it!

As long as they are still processing - and if cancellations are a problem - that's just a bonus!

iBill is processing transactions. Data is secure. We appreciate your patience as we work to get our other systems back online.

It looks like the 900 is totally down for us and even tho the join pages are loading all transactions have been through our secondary since about 6 am.

I'm not too upset, considering it's a damn Hurricane.

iBill's web900 service is currently down due to lost connections with the telcos. We are working to restore connection and hope to have it back up ASAP.

Please be aware we are processing all other transactions. We appreciate your patience as we work to to restore all systems.

Your information is inaccurate. We don't use iBill for subscriptions so I can't comment there, we do however use iBill for tangibles and when any of the "buy" buttons are clicked the user is taken to the following page: http://cartcc.ibill.com/cart.ihtml?s...&prodcode=D002. So you are in fact, "down" for the purpose of processing tangibles as well.

It's bad enough that processing is down due to a little wind and rain but then you send the user to a page the states: "...Transaction processing is NORMAL and all transactional data is secure..."

That certainly doesn't inspire much confidence at all.

I spend hundreds of dollars a day with Google AdWords which are sent to iBill sponsors. How am I suppose to feel comfortable? iBill had 4 days to prepare for Frances.

Exactly, even when iBill is saying that processing is working normally, as far as I could test, with 5 different people from states all over the map, none of us has been able to complete a transaction. Error reported is Bank is down, please try again later.
This will seriously affect my trust in iBill, more being that I'm in SoFla, and Frances was less than half what we were expecting until 2 days ago.
Any info on when this is gonna be solved and go back to normal?

Was hoping for some sort of response from iBill here?

I am seeing the same thing. It's up, but it's only working about 20% of the time. We have had a few Ibill signups but almost all surfers are choosing the backup which tells me they are not able to complete transactions.

I'm not trying to be negative about Ibill here, but I hope they will look at this and double check everything especially if this continues for more than a few hours further.

I had one of my long time surfers purchase a membership through one of my links since he planning on renewing his access. The transaction was successful and he did receive a confirmation email.
