I've always had to have drapes and/or valances on windows with blinds. Our last apartment was so bad in my bedroom that we pinned a sheet over the window with push pins for the first night. Later I moved my office in there and faced the computer's back to the window. :)

Sorry to hear about that Nikki but glad you got him. Sorry they let him out. I think peeping is only a misdemeanor but if you can show that he was a member of your site please do so because then it would be stalking and that's should be a felony in your area and they can re-arrest him and increase his bail.
