Texas owns, unlike California, we don't have a state tax, housing is mad cheap, you can get a nice 2story house in nice areas in houston for about 150k, wheras in SoCal maybe like 600k and up...So thanks man, I'm enjoying my lifestyle here, thanks for the props....oh and my mother told me I'm funny so there, got you.
