Merchant account rates can vary hugely depending on volume, risk rating, processing history, what you're selling, etc...

just if i was in a position to declare a rate as part of negotiations for paysite membership, what are the standard bargaining levels for a thing like that

I can set you up at the lowest rates with same day setup.
