SE % question

What % of a keyword would it take for you to know if you are doing well or not with optimizing for SE traffic on a first time out?

roughly the 63-65% range of a keyword is a good measuring stick for first time search engine optimization.

After looking @ my total stats for the month of August I wanted to know how much of the targeted kw traffic that I was able to get (using overtures kw suggestion tool).

Using the O. tool for the total number of times my kw was searched for (which I know isn't exactly accurate) I found the % of surfers that I had come to my site for my keyword.

63% on one keyword, damn I've got to get back to work.
