i am assuming this is the hosting bill that we are talkign about from waht i gather in this thread.

if it wasnt a valid reason, you as the merchant have the right to contest it. if you did not contest this chargeback then its your fault. you would still have gotten paid and the credit card company would have been asking for their money.

so you cannot blame him for that, you missed the boat.

man, if i hosted a company and somebody charged back 3k on a credit card, i would contest it. the only reason that i would not contest it is if i deserved it or had something to hide

notjoe = he got what he deserved.. if you shut off feeds with no warning 24hrs after a invoice is recieved, you get whats coming to you.

mrpheer. I kept his 700 only because he still owes me 1100 cause he ripped me off on a volume brokers deal

devon = i was in jail, had no choice, my gf charged it back and we were broken up.. i offered to make it right and he just continues to insult me...

For a company as big as Epic to only have 3 potential claims and the accusers not even to believe in their claims enough to file an action is pretty damn impressive. Sounds like there really isn't much out there!
