I'm thinking about starting using them together with the free hosting they are offering. What I would like to know is if the pay and how well they are converting.

Depends on what you send it to, as with any program. Right now I'm doing good with thier Tranny, Teen, Anal and Black niches. ElvisManson posts around here a lot get in contact with him, he'll give you the best converting sites for each niche. As far as payout is concerned checks is ontime every week.
