I've had stuff with quite a few hosting companies over the years, including bigger companies like XO communications..

Recently had a downage of my stuff there and can honestly say I've never had faster response and success with a trouble ticket anywhere else.

I've been with half a dozen companies and TechieMedia is by far the best - and cheapest.
