The best program in my opinion for Chinese traffic would be China Traffic Network which pays you for your traffic on a CPC basis. CTN pays you monthly and has online reports.
Remember, this is for Chinese-only traffic as it's a SMS billing platform. All the sites are in Chinese and have fully translated member areas.
