Any javascript gurus can help me out here?
Hiya, was wondering how I could stop an exit console from going off, when the poor surfer uses the back button.
Not nice to nail em if they are just trying to navigate around the site! I'm using onExit in the body tag...and I have every link coded with the ol' exit=false but, I've scrounged around and I can't seem to find a way to stop it from activating on the above action. Any ideas??? |

You can't do anything with the back button. Microsoft security engineers did their job well on that one.
The easy thing you can do is have a top frame like 1 pixel height and have the unload code in it, that way when you move back and forth, they don't get any pops. ------------------ wiZd0m Fortune Pussy Adult Links |

I never thought of that... Or, if I did, I forgot it! *lol* me so silly sometimes! What's that old saying, "I've forgotten more then you'll ever know" "Which is more the pity, cuz I'ld really like to remember!" |
