New 28th Amendment: You Decide
Which amendment would you prefer?
Conservative Proposal for the XXVIII Amendment: No state may sanction marriage between people of the same gender. Or Giorgio's Proposal for the XXXVIII Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to privacy shall not be denied. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As many of you may know there is no direct mention to the Right of Privacy in the U.S. Constitution. Sadly this is often mentioned by the Conservative judge Anton Scalia. I strongly believe that we must put a stop to the recent ultra radical Christian fundamentalist movement to alter the interpretation of our Magna Carta. An Amendment exclusively dedicated to privacy could achive this. Please discuss.
