Jettis When Do You Plan On Refunding?

When do you plan on refunding your clients the $750.00 registration fee?

What am I talking about?

I'm referring to companies like ours who signed up with you and never processed a transaction before you were aquired by Paycom.

We were adding you to our cascade of processors and just as we completed the implementation, poof you were aquired.

Paycom is our primary and has been for a couple years.

I have made numerous calls only to receive a busy signal.

Are you telling me, that this aquisition by Paycom was news to you as you were accepting the $750.00 from companies signing up with you in June.

Common sense would tell me this aquisition was in the works for at least the last 6 months.

I would also think that there would have been a provision that states any company that is already processing with Paycom and signed up with Jettis as a secondary processor from "x" date would be entitiled to a refund for their Visa registration fee that they paid Jettis.

It isn't just about the $750.00, it is about the time and money I had to pay my staff to implement your processor only to scrap it 36 hours after they were done.

I think an answer is in order.

I can be reached at the office M-F from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST

whattup alex...

the same thing was happening to us. we were just about to launch cascading with NATS when they announced the aquisition. This was a private merger, no employees really knew anything until this actually happened. At least that is what they told us.

Pretty sure they refunded us though.

Isnt that fee just paid to visa?

I would think it would be up to Epoch since they took over the Jettis stuff..

Im just happy to still get recurrings..we are now down to 2..epoch and ccbill..ibill fucked me once..and wont get a chance again.

I wouldn't complain about either of the above... they are definately the 2 most powerful companies in this biz.

Same situation but no refund and no reply from Jettis as of yet.

You are right, it does go to Visa but that isn't my problem. I shouldn't have to take it up the ass because Jettis was aquired.

You might have a point with regards to Epoch...

Either way, anyone that signed up with the intent to use Jettis as a primary or secondary while already having Epoch as a processor should be refunded especially if no transactions were ever processed with Jettis.

Hi Alex,

Jennifer from Jettis here, I believe either you or your partner called us on Wednesday of last week. We are researching your request and will advise as soon as possible.

Please note that we did move to a new office location in May, so our direct numbers have changed. We can be reached at 866-812-8738 or 818-707-7434.

Thank you!

We need to pool our resources to form an adult friendly bank. A bank is hundred times better than third party credit card processors and third party payment transfers.

Jettis has decided to refund the $750.00 paid by prospective clients that got caught in the middle of our transaction with Paycom. All registration fees were already paid to Visa, so we will be funding these refunds on our own. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during the transition period. Overall, the transition is going very well. We sincerely apologize to those that have encountered hiccups, but both Jettis and Paycom are available to work through issues if/as they arise.

Kjell
