I've been around long enough to know that the 6 month rule is standard for site sales, but does not always apply. Like *I* said earlier, if he can show irrefutable proof that the site/domain is producing enough to warrant a much higher price tag then great, more power to him if it sells.

But so far it's been all talk - no stats.

Well...it is worth whatever you can get for it....3 months ago i sold xxxporn.com for 10k....then had bids of up to 15 for it....everyone tries to wait until the last second to try and get it for a steal...then they all whine when they miss out....
