He is just asking for the numbers. Any investor wants the numbers. I wouldn't even pay you 1000$ if you can't come up with those. Just "this domain makes bank with ND!" isn't enough for me. Oh and that domain still gets alot of link linktraffic too, and yes maybe the quality is ok, but what about this traffic in 1 or 2 years? mmm?. I have overtures with 10 000+ TLD who I know will be dead in 1-2 years. If someone payed 100K$ for those -> ouch!!!
