As long as your friends are OK with you calling them nigga it is only wrong because of the inappropriate place. As I said earlier, around friends and only friends you can say whatever you want to each other. If they complain, then the next time you say it around them it is wrong regardless of your color or the word. It's all about respect, dude

Do you know everyone in the bar?
