The situation of Tamer is quite different for various reasons. He's citizen of a non-USA country and as a student it's almost impossible to have any legal actions against SNOW. SNOW knew that why he decided to cheated on the particular webmaster and we're talking for an amount of money most of the part-time webmasters might need a whole year of work in order to earn it.
SNOW accepts almost any kind of traffic,even illegal one like warez. I believe that the next victims will probably be some Russian guys with warez traffic....
Wolfshade, I made the researched you refered and see that I was wrong when I thought that everything is ok with SNOW,my mistake.

Soul_Rebel - First of all, I'm not from the USA. I live in Canada, and it would be hard for me to take legal action against someone in the US. I admit, maybe not as hard as it would be for someone in Turkey. It would have been profitable for Snow to not pay me, since I had racked up probably 5000 minutes or more before I got my first wire. But he didn't, he paid me like he has every month since.

You should see regional webmasters as a special situation because their traffic is generated only from surfers that live in their countries. What is the strange? That almost all the calls where made from Turks? Probably a US surfer isn't able to distinguise the ENTER from the EXIT link in a turkish page.(terra.es example). Unless US n' European surfers are used to surf on turkish pages...

Still expecting to answer how the minutes are not real. And who are you with NO EVIDENCE AT ALL, you decide not to pay someone?

Ok...i have to say something.

You know, theres one thing i never understood from all this this shit. All this slandering is pissing me off. Its really fucked up.

First off, i'm not attacking anyone at all. I never experienced a dialer or used one before. But since this is regarding a dialer, im using it only as an example.

Anway, Ive been fortunate to be on both sides of the fence. I use to run a partnership program, and if someone said they didn't get there check, all i had to do was make a simple phone call to our processors to see if the check has been cleared (obviously that the first thing you check for). Or i would just look it up on my system, cross checking to see if they cheated, etc.

Now, if everything is cool, and the client has waited to long to get the check, i would cancel the check and re-issue a new one and FED EX it. Fuck it...i'll pay for the FED EX...the guy is making me money..so why not. It's just basic business.

So what I don't understand is why dialer owners, or other partnership owners, can't just make a simple phone call and see what happened to the check. If the client has waited for more then a month, then see first off if check is cashed. And if not, cancel the fucker and re-issue it.

The solution is simple. And if they cheated, then you tell them, and they lose out. Most will admit to it after you catch them.

So what the fuck is the problem? Just re-issue the check and fedx it. This isn't rocket science. Unless they cheated of course.

From the Duke / Snow situation, if nothing like the above has been done, then i would have to assume that either Duke cheated, or Snow is fucking with him.

I know I know..."Crutch you dont know what's going on or the half of it."

But think about it....why would someone NOT get there check? Sure Europe takes a while. But i would rather make tons of money off a client and pay 10 stupid bucks to fed ex a check to keep him happy.

And why would someone NOT re-issue? Usually, the answer is simple....the client cheated. And if that person didn't cheat, then there's thieving going on.

What other excuse is there? Cover it up anyway your like. There is no other. Cheating or thieving....it's either or.

But why wouldn't snow tell him he cheated if he did and put this to rest? Or why wouldn't snow pay him if he didnt cheat to keep a good client? He may not make the company that much to begin with, but you never know what the future holds. He can turn into your biggest client. Niether make sense to me.

Cause to be honest, why would Snow risk his reputation and just not re-issue a fucking check and fork out 10 bucks for the fedex? Takes 2 minutes and the problem is solved.

I apologize to Snow and Duke for this post. It's not like me to butt in. I've had good experiences with the both of them. So both are good people in my book so far.

I can understand cheques not arriving, in fact that's why I only do wires because of the cheques I had to re-issue all the time.

It happened on numerous occasions that I got contacted by one of the webmasters using my dialer and I would do exactly what you described. in some cases I even sent them the wire slip as proof.

This being said I stand behind your statements, agree 100% and think there's much cleaning up to do in the dialer business.

And BTW this is a public board and opinions are always welcomed(at least I welcome them )

I don´t post here often but today I think it´s time to do

well first I didn´t cheat and I really don´t care about the 100$ snow owes me.
It´s about the prinicipe.
Snow does not care about webmaster who are small but honest and hard working ( even for that I have the proof lol ).
And for the slandering, I only asked were the money was and he told me several times over several months that he will send the check tomorrow bla bla bla.
It didnt arrive for minutes generated in december.
Even with his 45 delay it is kinda late u have to admit, right ?

At some point I was sick waiting and posted it on AWI. Not to get my money in the first but to show other webmaster that they should be careful.
As well as not paying webmaster snow isn´t paying 100% what he claims. He may have changed that on his website now but some time back it was that way.
And as it is to be seen in the ICQ logs wolf posted taht snow does not stand ( or amybe remembers ? ) his word either.
WEll this sounds a bit like a let´s bash on snow post but that is not my intention.
It´s just stating the facts here.

Hey guys! I received my payment from vipdialer.com today. It is $81. This $81 cheque is from other country traffic I generated. So I am paid "0" cents for my huge Turkey traffic even I was always promised to be paid 10 cents for my Turkey traffic. Even 3 days before the payment day, snow said "no worries your account is OK, you will be paid".

I only laugh when snow accused me being a cheater and being a 14 year old kid. Nice tactic. I don't care this swindler.

Snow - of course most of Tamer's traffic comes from Turkey. His site's in TURKISH. The stats look perfectly reasonable to me - there's a significant Turkish-speaking population in Germany, hence the larger amount of traffic there. He certainly won't be doing any sort of arbitrage on you on 10c/minute..

I've always wondered how the "35c/minute flat rate" folk cope if there's a lot of traffic from a low-paying country. I guess we know now..

Snow - it's obvious why Tamer's traffic mostly comes from Turkey. His site's in TURKISH. Duh. And the traffic looks reasonable for such a site - a bit from Germany (where there's a large Turkish-speaking population) and a smattering from elsewhere.

I'd always wondered what the "35c/minute flat rate" dialler folk do if someone's running one which generates mostly low-rate country traffic (the traffic from some countries may generate just a few cents per minute but, on a "normal" site, this is balanced by much higher-paying UK, German and US traffic, thus allowing a rate at an aggregated 35-40c/min flat) - not paying them two months down the line wasn't the answer I'd have expected.

Not that I'd normally rise to the childish taunts you've thrown above but, for the record, I wrote my first dialler in 1996 (which I think was probably the first dialler as we know it now which was ever marketed to webmasters as a billing tool) which we ran with a Hong Kong termination. It didn't do a lot, then. But we sparked up the business again at the beginning of last year, and it's flown.

Oh, you might want to check your spelling (reSeLLer - aren't you reselling GIB? Or do you own it?!) and your maths (I love this quote from your website: "All webmasters that use VIP Dialer for their 'proccessing' makes 10x more then they do with their credit card proccessor! Turning a $3,000 profit a month in credit card proccessing to a $9,000 profit a month with our dialer!".

This is my last post on this topic. I made an effort in order Tamer to be treated fair and being paid. Unfortunatelly, I can't do anything more. I won't pretend Tamer's lawyer as Snow said. Every webmaster that read these posts can have his/her own clues based on the facts that are submitted here. Snow told me that Greeks in the U.S. would laugh at me and I'm a discrace and a traiter. As I have said, I don't believe in nation, skin colors and age distinctions, I examine every one as a different human existence, as a different personality. I don't get mad that people like Snow cannot understand it since most of them have maturity of kids. Snow, don't be proud of being American because I'm sure that many Americans are not proud of you. I have many American friends that are great people and I love them, they are not like you. So, for the only things you can be proud is for being a cheater, a fool and a racist. From your posts it's easy for someone to figure out that you're only interested on how to make more money. I would take that ICQ log off if I receive word form the webmaster that he has been paid.

So there's ya answer which BTW isn't blackmail it's logical because when the webmaster gets paid that log is no longer valid.

As for you statement that Duke did not get paid because of the blacklist I beg to differ in the months those logs were recent Dialerclopedia didn't even exist, so please get your facts straight.

One last thing: those logs are not up there to make me look good and it's not my fault they make you look bad either. You did that all by yourself.

I won't recall anything. Just a small conclude to the thread. The whole fight I think was a result of a bad assumption that Snow had concerning the cents/min he can pay to Turkish webmasters.
Anyway, things got an end now. I'm not that long in adult industry, but I think it's one of the few cases where sponsor n' webmaster found a solution.
