Burning Man Costume Thread - GoFuckYourself.com

I asked if you wanted to hear more about my Burning Man stuff...

The tickets to the event say:
"PARTICIPANTS ONLY. NO SPECTATORS."

That means that everyone contributes to the event in their own way. Some people cook. Come people are DJs. Some people massage. Some people Help repair bikes. Some build sculptures. Some display art.

One of the ways I enjoy to participate is by designing costumes and being a part of the daily parade of eye candy.

So, as the event gets close. I take pictures of all sorts of costume combinations and try to decide what I will wear.

Keep in mind it is extremely hot with frequent dust storms.

So, for those that are still interested, every so often I'll post a new picture in this thread so you can check in on my progress.

**If anyone else is prepping for Burning Man (building things, etc.) please post pics, too!

Hey Hal...I just wanted to drop a quick line to tell you how inspirational your burning man thread was the other day. I took the time and read your journals and expereiences from all of your prior years at burning man, and I have to say that it looks like a truly exceptional, and unique experience. The costumes and art were amazing, and it inspired me to start painting again. I dont think I could take the heat of the desert sun (growing up in Canada and all), but I definately look forward to hearing more about your spiritual journeys. You are an inspiration.
