Heh - I remember my days at rackshack; they like to give themselves a lot of credit for crap - and when you question anything, they get angry. I still have an email from one of their managers (Mario I think) emailing me what would sound like he's crying - "What do you have against RS? Why must you continue to question us? What have we ever done to you?"
I should dig it up, it's great for a laugh

Yeah I hate RS so much, they were nothing but a pain in my ass the whole time I was with them. Fuck, its worth it to spring a little more a month for a qualified group of people.

Never had problems,never had downtime because of their lines or anything else, I just guess some people can't manage unmanaged servers, what else could you have against them?
